Santander Said to Sell Three-Year Covered Bonds in Euros

Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Banco Santander SA is selling three- year covered bonds in euros, according to three people with knowledge of the sale.

The bonds may be priced to yield about 230 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, the people said. Barclays Capital, Citigroup Inc. and Natixis are managing the deal with Santander, the people said.
