Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Permira Advisers LLC said that a company owned by Permira funds completed the acquisition of Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc. from Alcatel- Lucent.

The transaction values Genesys at $1.5 billion, Permira said in an e-mailed statement today.
