Chugoku Electric to Build Solar Plant in Japan’s Yamaguchi

Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Chugoku Electric Power Co. will build a 3-megawatt solar plant in Yamaguchi prefecture, western Japan.
The utility aims to begin operations at the plant in the fiscal year beginning April 2014, according to a statement on its website today.
