Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Surgutneftegas, a Russian oil producer, sold a 100,000 metric-ton cargo of Urals crude via a tender to Litasco SA, the trading unit of OAO Lukoil, for loading from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk, according to two traders who participate in the market.
The cargo is for loading Feb. 10 to Feb. 11, according to the people, who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak on the matter.
