Rio Tinto, ICT Group Form Russia Exploration Firm, Interfax Says

Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Rio Tinto Group and Russian billionaire Alexander Nesis’s ICT Group formed a geological exploration joint venture to work in Russia, Interfax reported, citing an unidentified ICT spokesperson.
The Cyprus-registered Rio Tinto ICT Ltd. acquired a company that holds a license to possible deposits in the Far East, the Moscow-based news service reported, citing an unidentified person familiar with the deal.
