German DAX Erases Gains as U.S. Economy Grows Less Than Forecast

Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) -- German stocks erased gains after a report showed the U.S. economy expanded less than forecast in the fourth quarter. The benchmark DAX Index lost 0.1 percent to 6,535.53 as of 2:32 p.m. in Frankfurt, erasing an earlier advance of as much as 0.5 percent.
