Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) -- AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. hasn’t received “any formal approach” from Ghana about revising a stability agreement signed in April 2004, the company said.
“In our view, the terms of this stability agreement will continue to apply,” the Johannesburg-based company said in an e-mailed response to a query today.
