S. Korea’s Bahk Says Officials to Visit S&P to Discuss Economy

Jan. 30 (Bloomberg) -- South Korean government officials will visit Standard & Poor’s today to discuss the status of the economy and the impact of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il’s death, Finance Minister Bahk Jae Wan said. Government officials met with representatives from Moody’s Investors’ Service last month and will soon meet with Fitch Ratings officials, Bahk said in Seoul.
