Peru’s Cofide Hires Banks to Set Up Meetings With Bond Investors

Jan. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Corporacion Financiera de Desarollo SA, Peru’s state development bank, hired Deutsche Bank AG and JPMorgan Chase & Co. to arrange meetings with bond investors, according to a person familiar with the discussions.

Cofide, as the bank is known, will meet investors starting tomorrow in Europe, Latin America and the U.S., said the person, who declined to be identified because terms aren’t set. A dollar bond sale may follow, according to the person.
