General Electric Capital Said to Sell July 2019 Bonds in Pounds

Jan. 26 (Bloomberg) -- General Electric Capital Corp. is selling bonds in pounds due in July 2019, according to a banker involved in the transaction.

The notes may be priced to yield 295 to 300 basis points more than gilts, the banker said. Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank AG and HSBC Holdings Plc are managing the deal.
