Ex-Lehman Employees Ask Judge to Make Them ‘Whole’ Over Barclays

Jan. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Former employees of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. asked a judge to make them “whole” by ordering Barclays Plc, which bought Lehman’s North American business in 2008, to assume the defunct firm’s deferred compensation plan. They made the request in a letter to the bankruptcy judge today, according to a court filing.
