Braskem Sells $250 Million of 2021 Dollar Bonds to Yield 5.75%

Jan. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Braskem SA, Latin America’s biggest petrochemicals maker, sold $250 million more of its global dollar bonds due in 2021, according to a person familiar with the transaction.

The bonds sold to yield 5.75 percent, said the person, who asked not to be identified because he was authorized to speak publicly. Citigroup Inc., Deutsche Bank AG and Banco Santander SA managed the sale, the person said.
