Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Unknown attackers fired three rockets at the military academy in the Pakistani city of Abbottabad, police said.
The early morning attack in the city where U.S. Navy SEALs killed Osama bin Laden last May damaged the wall of the academy without causing any casualties, local police official Imtiaz Husain Shah said by telephone.
Pakistan army chief General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani visited Abbottabad yesterday to attend an officers’ conference, according to a statement from the military’s media unit.
