Senate’s Corker Has ‘Serious Doubts’ Volcker Rule Can Work

Jan. 24 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Senator Bob Corker said he has “serious doubts” about whether the Dodd-Frank Act’s ban on proprietary trading by banks will work.

Corker, a Tennessee Republican who serves on the Senate Banking Committee, commented on the Volcker rule today at a U.S. Chamber of Commerce forum in Washington.
