Jan. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Google Inc, Microsoft Corp. and Apple Inc. were among 16 foreign companies registered by Chile’s securities regulator, known as SVS, according to data posted on the SVS website today.
The registration was requested by a unit of Deutsche Bank AG, the SVS said in e-mailed response to questions.
The other 13 companies are: Wal-Mart Stores Inc, Procter & Gamble Co., Peabody Energy Corp., Pfizer Inc, Newmont Mining Corp., JPMorgan Chase & Co, Halliburton Co., General Electric Co., Exxon Mobil Corp., Citigroup Inc, Caterpillar Inc., Bank of America Corp. and AT&T Inc.
