Baroin Says He Regards French Bank Downgrades Dispassionately

Jan. 24 (Bloomberg) -- French Finance Minister Francois Baroin said he looks upon the decision of Standard & Poor’s to lower the credit ratings of Societe Generale SA and Credit Agricole SA dispassionately.

“The more time passes, the more dispassionate I am about the decision of the rating agencies, especially this one,” Baroin said at a press conference in Brussels.
