Jan. 23 (Bloomberg) -- NetWorkS!, the joint venture of Telekomunikacja Polska SA, Poland’s largest phone company, and a local unit of Deutsche Telekom AG, signed a deal with Huawei and Nokia Siemens Networks to build the mobile infrastructure that both operators plan to share, Telekomunikacja, known as TPSA, said on its website today.
