Jan. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Jesse Tortora and Spyridon “Sam” Adondakis pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the U.S. probe of insider trading, according to a person familiar with the matter.

The person declined to be identified because there is no public record of the pleas yet. Sandeep Goyal also pleaded guilty, according to the person. That plea was confirmed by a spokesman at Neuberger Berman, where Goyal used to work.

All three men are cooperating with the probe.
