Jan. 23 (Bloomberg) -- German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that she doesn’t see any need for a bridging loan for Greece.
Merkel, speaking to reporters in Berlin today, said it was “high time” to work on the Greek bond swap that she’s previously said is necessary to resolve before Greece can get another tranche of aid.
“The question of a Greek bridge loan isn’t on my agenda,” she said.
