Ford Motor Indonesia’s 2011 Car Sales Rose 94% to 15,988 Units

Jan. 17 (Bloomberg) -- PT Ford Motor Indonesia’s 2011 car sales rose 94% to 15,988 units from a year earlier, Managing Director Bagus Susanto told reporters in Jakarta today.
Market share for the Indonesian unit of Ford Motor Co. rose to 1.8% in 2011 from 1.1% in 2010, Susanto said. Ford Motor Indonesia plans to open eight new dealerships in Indonesia this year, he said.
