Russian Dollar Borrowing Costs Fell to Lowest Since December ’10

Jan. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Russian interest rates on dollar- denominated loans to companies fell in November to 10.7 percent, matching the lowest since December 2010 and down from 13.1 percent in October, the central bank said on its website today.
