Jan. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc plans to sell covered bonds in pounds due 2024, according to a banker involved in the deal.
The notes may be priced to yield 275 basis points more than gilts. BNP Paribas SA, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Lloyds Banking Group Plc and RBC Capital Markets are managing the transaction with RBS.
