Egypt Says It Has Requested $3.2 Billion Loan From the IMF

Jan. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Egypt has requested a $3.2 billion loan from the International Monetary Fund, and an agreement is expected to be reached “within weeks,” the minister for planning and international cooperation, Fayza Aboulnaga, told reporters today in Cairo.
