Saudi Binladen Group Wins Dismissal of Sept. 11 Lawsuits

Jan. 11 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. District Judge George Daniels today dismissed lawsuits against Saudi Binladen Group, Saudi Arabia’s largest construction company, for allegedly supporting Osama Bin Laden’s Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
The judge said the plaintiffs failed to establish personal jurisdiction in the case.
