Tebrau Teguh Rises on Potential Gain From Land Sale

Jan. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Tebrau Teguh Bhd., a Malaysian property company, rose the most in almost two months in Kuala Lumpur trading after saying it sold land for 16.7 million ringgit above its current book value.

Its shares gained 4.3 percent to 73 sen at 9:36 a.m. local time, set for its biggest increase since Nov. 14.
