Conoco Agrees to Pay $545,000 U.S. Penalty for Trading Breaches

Jan. 4 (Bloomberg) -- ConocoPhillips agreed to pay a civil penalty of $545,000 and to disgorge $3,174,900 plus interest for shipping and trading violations from 2004 to 2007, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said.

FERC issued an order today approving the agreement.
