Sansiri Expects 2012 Revenue to Rise 40% to 28 Billion Baht

Jan. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Sansiri Pcl, a Thai property developer, expects revenue to rise by at least 40 percent to 28 billion baht ($880 million) this year, President Srettha Thavisin said. The stock climbed.

Sansiri plans to develop more condominium projects in provinces outside Bangkok, Srettha said in an e-mailed statement today. The company has secured about 15 billion baht of bookings for its residential projects, he said.

The company’s shares jumped 6.8 percent to 1.42 baht at the close in Bangkok, the highest level since May 12, 2004.
