Shell’s Nembe Creek Trunkline Closed in Nigeria Since Dec. 24

Jan. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Royal Dutch Shell Plc said its Nembe Creek Trunkline in Nigeria has been shut since Dec. 24 due to a leak caused by the theft of crude oil.

The leak is deferring 70,000 barrels of crude oil production a day, the company said in an e-mailed statement today.
