Jan. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Late payments on securities backed by commercial mortgages decreased four basis points, or 0.04 percentage point, to 8.37 percent in December, according to Fitch Ratings.
“U.S. CMBS delinquencies finished last year with a fifth straight month of declines,” the rating company said in a statement today.
