Hungary Rejects Reports on Possible Plan to Seize Bank Deposits

Jan. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Hungary’s government rejected reports on a possible plan to seize household bank deposits, spokesman Andras Giro-Szasz told M1 state television in an interview today.

The government “guarantees” the deposits, Giro-Szasz said.
