Philippines Said to Start Selling Benchmark 25-Year Dollar Bond

Jan. 4 (Bloomberg) -- The Philippines started marketing a benchmark 25-year bond with a coupon of about 5.25 percent, according to a person with direct knowledge of the sale who declined to be identified because the details are private.
