Jan. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Cia. Cervecerias Unidas SA, which brews beer in Chile and Argentina, is considering entry into a third Latin American market, Chief Executive Officer Patricio Jottar told Pulso.

Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay and Colombia are possibilities, the Santiago-based newspaper quoted Jottar as saying. CCU, which also distributes non-alcoholic beverages, is looking to expand into dairy products and is open to alliances in the ready-to-eat foods segment, Pulso reported.
