Lloyds Said to Sell Five-Year Covered Bonds in Euros

Jan. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Lloyds TSB Bank Plc plans to sell five-year covered bonds in euros, according to a banker involved in the transaction.

The bonds may be priced to yield about 185 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, the banker said. Barclays Plc, Natixis and UniCredit SpA are managing the deal with Lloyds.
