Dec. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Russia’s biggest deposit-taking banks are paying households an average of 9.414 percent on their top ruble accounts at the end of this month, down from 9.418 percent in mid-December, the central bank said on its website today. That’s the first decrease since June, Bank Rossii data show.
