Dec. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Solazyme Inc. Chief Operating Officer Jeffrey Webster resigned from the biofuels maker, effective immediately, for health and personal reasons.
Webster joined the South San Francisco, California-based company on Sept. 12, it said today in a securities filing. He was previously general manager of Tyson Foods Inc.’s renewable products business. Solazyme produces oil from algae that can be processed into fuel and chemicals.
