Dec. 20 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies are having unusual price changes in Peru trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and share prices are as of 11:53 a.m. New York time.
The Lima General Index rose 0.5 percent to 19,269.50. The MSCI All Peru Capped Index gained 1.2 percent to 2,497.80.
Miners rebounded after metals advanced in New York and London, said Inteligo SAB analyst Rodrigo Zuazo.
Panoro Minerals Ltd. (PML PE), a Canadian exploration company, rose 2.7 percent to 38 cents. Cia. de Minas Buenaventura SAA (BVN PE), the country’s biggest precious-metals miner, added 2.7 percent to $40.25. Rio Alto Mining Ltd. (RIO PE), a Canadian company with a mine in Peru, advanced 2.2 percent to $3.21. Southern Copper Corp. (SCCO PE), Peru’s biggest copper producer, climbed 1.4 percent to $29.41. Candente Copper Corp. (DNT PE), a Canadian exploration company, rose 1.1 percent to 92 cents.
