Russian Sunflower Seeds Climb 3.5% This Week, SovEcon Says

Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Russia’s sunflower seeds rose 3.5 percent to 10,450 rubles ($328.34) a metric ton this week, SovEcon said on its website today.

Third-grade milling wheat climbed 0.8 percent to 6,025 rubles a ton, and the fourth-grade wheat gained 0.9 percent to 5,825 rubles a ton, the Moscow-based researcher said. Feed wheat increased 1 percent to 5,250 rubles a ton and milling rye was unchanged this week at 4,950 rubles. Feed barley was offered 0.5 percent higher at 5,275 rubles a ton, SovEcon said.
