Dec. 15 (Bloomberg) -- RadVision Ltd., the maker of video- conferencing systems, tumbled the most since April following a drop in the U.S.-traded shares yesterday.
The shares lost 12 percent, the biggest intraday decline since April 4, to 32.61 shekels, or the equivalent of $8.55, The stock slid 12 percent to $8.51 in New York.
RadVision has gained 22 percent this week in Tel Aviv on newspaper reports that Avaya Inc. is in talks to buy the company for a premium.
