Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Deutsche Lufthansa AG, is in talks with the Nigerian government to help expand the country’s airport infrastructure, including building runways and maintenance facilities, Lagos-based ThisDay newspaper reported, citing Chief Executive Officer Christoph Franz.
