Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- BP Plc finished planned maintenance at the Central Azeri oil platform in the Caspian Sea after closing it earlier this month, said Tamam Bayatli, a spokeswoman at the U.K. explorer’s office in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Oil output will resume in a few days, Bayatli said by phone today.

Central Azeri produced 209,200 barrels a day during the first nine months, according to a report on the website of BP, the operator of the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli project.
