China’s Nov. Exports Rise 13.8% From Year Earlier

Dec. 10 (Bloomberg) -- China’s exports rose 13.8 percent in November from a year earlier and imports climbed 22.1 percent, leaving a trade surplus of $14.52 billion, the customs bureau said on its website today.

The median estimate in a Bloomberg News survey of 31 economists was for a $15.2 billion trade surplus. Analysts forecast a 10.9 percent gain in exports and a 18.8 percent increase in imports.
