Dec. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Argentina has received three bids for a $4.2 billion hydroelectric project on the Uruguay River on the border with Brazil, Planning Minister Julio De Vido said.
Three consortiums presented bids on the project, De Vido told reporters in Buenos Aires yesterday.
