Russian Loan Criteria to Tighten This Quarter, Central Bank Says

Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Russian banks predicted that lending conditions will tighten for all borrowers this quarter even as the country’s liquidity squeeze eases, according to the central bank.

Lenders relaxed criteria only for households in the third quarter while decreasing credit access for large corporate borrowers and keeping conditions little changed for small and medium-sized businesses, Bank Rossii said today in its quarterly survey of lending published on its website.
