Renault Outlook Changed to Stable From Positive by Moody’s

Dec. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Renault SA had its credit rating outlook changed to ‘stable’ from ‘positive’ by Moody’s Investors Service Ltd., citing economic trends that may adversely affect European demand in 2012.

The change affects approximately 5.4 billion euros of debt, Moody’s said in an e-mailed statement today. The carmaker’s Ba1 corporate family rating was affirmed.
