Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Morgan Stanley will sell A$205 million ($205.2 million) of five-year uridashi bonds, according to a filing today with Japan’s finance ministry.
The bonds have a coupon of 7.67 percent in the first year. The coupon will increase 0.05 percentage point each year to 7.87 percent in the final year, according to the document.
Uridashi bonds are debt issued outside Japan for sale mainly to Japanese individual investors.
