Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Lloyds Banking Group Plc Chairman Win Bischoff said he would consider resigning were Chief Executive Officer Antonio Horta-Osorio to leave the bank again. Bischoff spoke with journalists on a conference call today.

“I would consider my own position,” he said. “We don’t believe it will happen.”
