Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Iraq will start operating “in days” a new offshore mooring terminal for oil tankers to add 900,000 barrels a day of exporting capacity for crude, Abdul Mahdy al-Ameedi, director general of the Iraqi Oil Ministry’s licensing department, said in a conference in Amman today.
