Dec. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Credit Suisse Group AG, the second- biggest Swiss bank, said 49 additional jobs in New York City may be affected by planned reductions.
The firm may cut the positions at offices on Madison Avenue by March 2012, according to a filing today by the Zurich-based bank with the state’s Department of Labor.
The company had also submitted documents Nov. 15 to eliminate 268 jobs at that site. The New York reductions are part of global cuts announced earlier this year, a person familiar with the plans said last month.
