Dec. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Bharat Petroleum Corp., India’s second-largest state-run oil refiner, issued a tender seeking to buy low-sulfur crude for loading from Feb. 1 to Feb. 15, according to tender documents obtained by Bloomberg News.
Last month, the company bought 1 million barrels each of Nigerian Qua Iboe and Erha crude for January from Vitol Group.
