AT&T Sues FCC Over $4.3 Billion Phone Subsidy to Internet

Dec. 9 (Bloomberg) -- AT&T Inc. sued the Federal Communications Commission over a $4.3 billion Internet subsidy.

In a lawsuit filed in U.S. appeals court in Washington, AT&T challenged changes to the “universal service” program.
